Bali Fertility Centre in partnership with Monash IVF Group and Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar values the information you have provided us or permitted us to collect. We strive to protect your privacy while providing you with the best service and experience we can provide. All such personal information in our possession is valued and is collected, used, disclosed and protected in accordance with the Indonesia’s introduction to the Personal Data Protection Bill. Bali Fertility Centre processes your data in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We ensure that we collect the information fairly and that it is kept secure.
The Personal Data Protection policy in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations is applied to all our websites or APPs on which this Personal Data Protection policy or a link to this Personal Data Protection policy appears, as well as all our activities to the extent that you have been notified that such activities are subject to this Personal Data Protection policy.
We will only collect your personal information through our website and APP (such as your email address or other contact details) if you submit an online enquiry, seminar registration to us directly or request access to the APP. We will only use this information for the purposes for which you have provided it and in accordance your data in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In addition to the personal data you provide to us, certain information related to you that is not considered personal data under the PDPA may also be collected.
